Software Package and Extended Module for All Kinds of Requests
With the perfect modules-software system developed by Mitutoyo, you can effortlessly benefit from the capabilities of different software packages and extended modules. It evaluates the measurement results in detail, archives and presents them in an understandable form. Data are archived with their clear and practical structure. A software package series is also supplied with all coordinate measuring devices.
SCANPAK
It enables the evaluation of workpiece contours and scanning of their surfaces in 2D. Supports functions such as 4th axis support with rotary table, contour comparison and BestFit.
CAT1000S
It provides comparison of CAD data on free surfaces with nominal values and 3D color reporting. Supports functions such as automatic probe change, collision check and scan path generation.
GEARPAK
Converts CMMs into gear measuring devices. Provides cylindrical, worm or helical gear measurement capability. It is sufficient to just enter the required gear parameters. The GEARPAK software does the rest. Creates a detailed gear measurement report.
ROUNDPAK
It enables the work of CMM Form devices to be done with CMM. Topographic view shows form evaluation and position deviations.
Pure DMISPAK
Interface module. Supports compatibility between various interfaces for standard measuring instruments.
MAFIS
Cheek (wing) evaluation module. It provides analysis and flexible reporting of selected features on sidewall (wing) surfaces.
